Injured Right Hand

The hand is a little better--still sprained and that makes writing--by hand or typing--slow and painful.

I've done much more reading than writing.

WHAT I'VE READ IN 2010

THE PIANO TEACHER by Janice Y.K. Lee
WOLF HALL by Hillary Mantel
MEMORY by Lois Macmaster Bujold*
LIGHT IN AUGUST by William Faulkner
THE CHECKLIST MANIFESTO by Atul Gawande
DEATH IN THE AIR by Agatha Christie*
THE BREACH by Patrick Lee
PRIDE AND PREJUDICE by Jane Austen*
OLIVE KITTERIDGE by Elizabeth Strout--currently reading
AGENT TO THE STARS by John Scalzi-currently reading

* a re-read

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN READING?

  1. Hi Fiona, It's great to hear from you again. I thought you had disappeared off of the face of the earth. Glad you are doing okay--except for your hand. Hope it continues to improve.

Looks like you have really read alot of books during January.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  2. Thanks Betsy. The hand is improving every day, and I even got some writing done today.

Reading for inspiration, while the hand recovered, has been great.
